JR East
Normal service

Trains other than below will be in normal service. *For morning rush hours only. There may be some changes during the day.


Temporary service

[Tohoku Shinkansen] Tokyo - Nasu Shiobara (around 2 trains per hour)
Morioka - Shinaomori (10 round trips per day)
[Akita Shinkansen] Morioka – Akita (5 round trips a day)
[Yamagata Shinkansen] Fukushima – Shinjo
(Fukushima – Yamagata 4 round trips per day, Yamaga – Shinjo 3 round trips per day)
[Narita Express] Service limited to between 6:00-10:00 and 16:00 - 20:00
[Joban] Toride – Tsuchiura
(60%) Tsuhiura - Katsuta 50% *Some trains will be suspended.
[Narita] Narita - Abiko
(90%) *Some trains will be suspended.

90% (also connects to JR per usual)

Sagami Line (for the time being)
90% with normal timetable (less trains during the day).

Yokohama City Metro (weekdays)
[Blue / Green] Start – 9:00 and last train to operate as normal on weekday timetable
Other than above: Reduced number of trains
