Tokyo/Kanto area train status as of 04/06, 14:10

JR East
Normal service

Trains other than below will be in normal service. *For morning rush hours only. There may be some changes during the day.


Temporary service

[Tohoku Shinkansen] Tokyo - Nasu Shiobara (around 2 trains per hour)
Morioka - Shinaomori (10 round trips per day)
[Akita Shinkansen] Morioka – Akita (5 round trips a day)
[Yamagata Shinkansen] Fukushima – Shinjo
(Fukushima – Yamagata 4 round trips per day, Yamaga – Shinjo 3 round trips per day)
[Narita Express] Service limited to between 6:00-10:00 and 16:00 - 20:00
[Joban] Toride – Tsuchiura
(60%) Tsuhiura - Katsuta 50% *Some trains will be suspended.
[Narita] Narita - Abiko
(90%) *Some trains will be suspended.

Below lines according to following % in service:
[Tokaido] Tokyo - Atami
(90%) *Some trains will be suspended at day time.
[Jyouban (rapid)] Ueno-Toride
(80%) *Some trains will be suspended.

Other than below, mostly running on normal schedule (some will be

17:00 – 20:00 Local trains returning to Tsutsujigaoka not in service
[Takao] Kitano-Takao Sanguchi local trains only,
every 20mins
[Sagamihara] 10:00 – 16:00, local only, every 10 mins
[Dobutsuen] 11:00 - 13:00,
every 40 mins
[Keibajyo] 10:00 – last, every 40 mins
[Inokoashira] 10:00 – 16:00 every 5-7 mins *Morning and evening rapid trains will be available.

Seibu
Normal
*Limited Express Red Arrow is
not in service on Ikebukuro and Shinjuku lines

Tobu
Special schedule based on weekend schedule *some trains suspended

Keisei / Hokuso
Services are partly modified to weekday schedule *morning and night are mostly running on normal schedule
*Skyliner

*Departure and arrival times partially modified.


Keikyu
Normal during morning rush hours. Less trains in daytime and evening.
*Keikyu Kawasaki – Kanazawa Bunko,
every 10 - 20 mins, some trains will be cancelled.
*Keikyu Wing:
not in service in the early evening onwards.

Tsukuba Express (weekdays)
Start – 10:00, 17:00 – last trains mostly running on normal schedule; other than that
80% of trains running (local and rapid)

Rinkai Line (weekdays)
90% (also connects to JR per usual)

Sagami Line (for the time being)
90% with normal timetable (less trains during the day).

Yokohama City Metro (weekdays)
[Blue / Green] Start – 9:00 and last train to operate as normal on weekday timetable
Other than above: Reduced number of trains
