Kanto area train status as of 03/20, 16:00

March 20th power outage of central Kanto area has been cancelled.
(From TEPCO press release, as of March 19th)

JR East
[Tohoku Shinkansen] Tokyo – Nasu Shiobara (around 2 trains per an hour)
[Akita Shinkansen] Morioka – Akita (4 round trips a day)

Normal service
Jyoetsu Shinkansen, Nagano Shinkansen, Tokaido, Tokaido, Yokosuka, Sobu (rapid), Chuo (rapid), Sobu (local), Yamanote, Keihin Tohoku, Negishi, Saikyo, Kawagoe, Utsunomiya, Takasaki, Joban (local), Nanbu (Shitte – Hama Kawasaki), Yokohama, Keiyo, Tsurumi, Nikko, Uchibo, Sobu Hon, Narita (Chiba-Narita airport), Togane Lines

Partial no service on following lines:
